1. What is the delivery time for a poster frame?
   Poster frames are usually shipped from our warehouse the next business day. UPS Ground shipping takes anywhere from 1 to 4 days, depending on your location. Once shipped, a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you. The UPS website will have an estimated delivery day available on their website.
    
2. How is the frame packaged for shipment?
   Each frame is individually packaged in a corrugated cardboard box tested at 200#. The plastic face is protected from scratches and dust by a thin peel-off film. Chipboard protectors cover each of the four corners. Bubblewrapped for extra security.
    
3. Does the "Free Shipping" include anywhere in the world?
   While we gladly ship our products anywhere in the world, the Free Ground Shipping offer is only available for orders shipped to the continental US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and other territories).
    
4. How do I hang my poster frame?

5. I don't see the exact size of my poster listed, can you make custom sizes?
   Unfortunately, we are unable to provide frames for sizes not listed on this website.
